Born and raised in Hawke's Bay, Caleb is a heavy diesel mechanic by trade. He trained in the RNZAF for six years before leaving to run a civilian workshop. Wanting a change of scenery, he took over the business in 2016. With a keen eye for fault diagnosis and a knack for repairs, he's the person you want when something stops working.

Gabrial was raised in Hawke's Bay. As the daughter of founders Ian and Kay, she's been around pool care for longer than she'd care to admit. She joined Caleb in 2019 after having children, and is passionate about personalised care for every client. She loves a sparkling pool, a clear Hawke's Bay day and the satisfaction of a job well done.
Ian and Kay Clayton start Clear Water, after Ian spent several years managing Hawke’s Bay Council pools. They also run the operational side of Ocean Spa in Napier.
Caleb Heath takes over the business, after six years in the RNZAF and running a civilian workshop.
Gabrial, Ian and Kay’s daughter, joins Caleb to run the business together.
Caleb, Gabrial and Jaime Coyle (Pool & Spa Valet) look after pools and spas right across Hawke’s Bay.
